Due to scheduling conflicts, the fish fry we were trying to arrange has been cancelled.

In case you missed our Parent Meeting last week, we have some important financials to report to you.

To date, we have raised $10,705.73 towards the #savethetubas campaign.  This is 35.7% of our goal.

70% of our band families provided contributions to our operations this year.  Our goal is 100%.

Our expenses next year are projected to be $26,610.  These expenses include busing/transportation costs, show music/arrangement/choreography, advertising, senior gifts, color guard flags, and various other administrative costs.  To meet these expenses, we will need to raise at least $7,000 more next year than we did this year.  This means that we need to aim for 100% of our band families providing contributions for the 2018-2019 year.
