Week of May 16th

REGISTRATION 2016-2017 – EVERYONE PLEASE READ

We now have the Emergency Information Form and the Parent and Student Consent Record from LPS.

ALL STUDENTS – These forms are required for participation in Band.

Please print, complete (your student needs to sign the form) and send with your student to school. There will be a box in the Director’s office for these forms. The students have 4 days of school left…let’s see if everyone can get their forms handed in this week! It would sure help the Directors and Boosters.

The Parent Consent Information for Participation in Activities and the Extracurricular Activities Code of Conduct is for you to read, these do not need to be handed in. All forms are attached to this email and they are listed on the website > Forms > Printable Forms.

Support the Band

Please rememberwe need your help!  Consider heading up a fundraiser.  There are a LOT of great ideas out there, but we need more people to help facilitate them. Of the opportunities listed below, 6 of them are being handled by Band Booster officers.  While we LOVE to help, we can only do so much.  In order to continue providing a variety of fundraising opportunities, we need more of you to volunteer and coordinate short-term, single-fundraising opportunities.
